Garahotel fills a restored 18th-century Canarian house on the seafront avenue of Garachico, the old port town on Tenerife's northwest coast. It is a small, personal place with 14 rooms, a central patio where breakfast is served and a rooftop solarium looking over the sea, the mountain and the town's landmarks. Some rooms face the Atlantic.
Step outside and you are among Garachico's cobbled streets, with the El Caletón rock pools, cafés and the main square a few minutes away on foot. Rooms come with fridge, safe, smart TV and a heated towel rail, and the house runs on solar panels and LED lighting. Tenerife North (TFN) is about 50 km away. It suits couples and independent travellers who would rather have character and the sea on the doorstep than resort facilities.
There is no hotel car park; free public parking is about 100 metres away. Reception and check-in run from 14:00 to 22:00, so plan to arrive in that window. Pets are not accepted.
