Parque Santiago III is the family side of the Parque Santiago complex, set right on the seafront promenade of Playa de las Américas' Golden Mile with Playa del Camisón a few metres away. The complex has its own shopping centre, three minigolf courses and around 15 places to eat, so a lot of holiday sits within a short walk.
Accommodation runs from studios and one or two bedroom apartments to a three-bedroom tower suite and villas with three to five bedrooms, all with full kitchens and a terrace or balcony. Two beach-style saltwater pools anchor the gardens, one heated in winter, and children aged 4 to 12 have a water park with slides and a paddling pool. Adults get a heated jacuzzi in their own area, a wellness space with more than 15 treatments and a gym. The Atlántico restaurant does breakfast buffets and has live music from Thursday to Sunday. It suits families who want space and the beach on the doorstep.
