Parque Santiago IV is the quieter half of the Parque Santiago complex on the Golden Mile of Playa de las Américas, sitting on the seafront promenade with Playa del Camisón a few metres away. The complex markets it for tranquillity, and it shares the shopping centre, minigolf and choice of restaurants with its livelier neighbour.
Units run from studios, some with a garden entrance or direct pool access, to one, two and three bedroom apartments, many with ocean views and all with full kitchens and a terrace or balcony. Two beach-style saltwater pools sit among the palms, one heated in winter, with a sun terrace above. Restaurante Ucanca serves breakfast and dinner buffets by the pool, Gula adds a restaurant and lounge bar, and Café del Parque focuses on fish, seafood and rice. A gym and wellness space with massages complete the picture. It suits couples and families who want the sea close by without the bustle.
