Best Jacaranda is a large four-star resort on Avenida de Bruselas in Fañabé, about 500 metres from Playa de Fañabé. It is built for families: the gardens hold six outdoor pools, four for adults and two for children, around a central waterfall, with one pool heated all year.
The Splash area adds slides and a pirate ship for younger children, the Mini Club takes ages 4 to 12, and there is a Teen Club in season. Meals centre on a buffet with show cooking, with a brasserie for a change, and five bars run from a pool snack bar to a piano bar and a late lounge. All inclusive is the popular choice, with half and full board also available. A gym and sauna round things off. It suits families with children of all ages who want plenty to do without leaving the resort.
