On our lists

Iberostar Waves Las Dalias is a 4-star, all-inclusive hotel in San Eugenio, about ten minutes' walk, or roughly 500 metres, from the beach. Aqualand, the shops of San Eugenio and the Puerto Colón marina are all close.

It is built around easy family holidays. There are two main pools, one heated from November to May, and a separate pool for children, with a playground nearby. The Star Camp programme splits children into three groups: 4 to 7, 8 to 12, and teenagers of 13 to 17. All inclusive covers buffet meals at the Danae restaurant, snacks through the day, local drinks at the bars, sports, gym access and a show every night. Family rooms and interconnecting rooms help bigger groups, and there are adults-only sun-terrace rooms for couples. It suits families who want everything paid for up front and a lively programme day and night.
