JOIA El Mirador by Iberostar is an adults-only five-star hotel on Costa Adeje's Golden Mile, close to Playa del Duque. It was known as Iberostar Grand El Mirador until it joined the JOIA collection. Rooms are junior suites and suites, and every stay comes with butler service.
The pace is slow and the details are taken seriously. The spa covers more than 1,000 square metres, with a hydrodynamic pool, whirlpool, cold plunge and steam room. Outside there is a heated pool and a heated jacuzzi, and the Star Prestige area adds its own pool terrace. Three restaurants include the gourmet El Cenador, with breakfast served at El Mirador, and there are two bars. It suits couples who want a quiet, polished hotel with real service, a serious spa and the beach and boutiques of Playa del Duque close by.
