KN Hotel Arenas del Mar is an adults-only 4-star on the seafront at El Médano, with direct access to the beach and views across the bay. All 155 rooms are suites, from junior suites with sea or mountain views to master suites, and Tenerife South (TFS) is about nine minutes by car, which makes late arrivals and early departures easy.

The Brisas del Mar spa and thalassotherapy centre is the standout, with a thermal circuit, sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi and treatment rooms, alongside a gym. Meals centre on La Jaquita buffet, with El Ancla on the seafront serving rice dishes with a Canarian touch, and there are bars in the hall, by the pool and in the lobby. The outdoor pool sits about 20 metres from the sea. El Médano's centre, with its cafés and wind sports, is about five minutes away by taxi.
