Rok Plaza is a small adults-only property in Alcalá, a fishing village on Tenerife's west coast between Playa San Juan and Puerto de Santiago. Alcalá keeps a local, unhurried feel, with a little harbour, a seafront square and natural rock pools for swimming, and the big resorts of the west coast are only a short drive away.

The accommodation is apartment-style, so it suits couples who like their own space, whether that means cooking in or walking out to the village's fish restaurants in the evening. Los Gigantes and its cliffs are a short drive north, Costa Adeje is within easy reach to the south, and the sunsets look straight across the water to La Gomera. It suits couples and independent travellers who would rather wake up in a real village than in a resort.
